General Information about English Teacher Training Programme
and Summer Courses
English Teachers Training Programme: This programme is designed
to train teachers whose first language is not English how to teacher
English as a foreign language, to improve oral English and to
let them understand the British Educational system. The duration
of the programme is 6 weeks. They will study: advanced English
language, teaching methods, British life and Culture, the English
Educational System, school visits and excursions during weekends.
The trainees’ English level must be intermediate. The minimum
numbers for one group are 15 people and one free group leader
is provided. The price is 2,800 pounds per person for 12 weeks.
The price includes: training fee, accommodation and 3 meals a
day, excursion costs, airport transfer in England, and travel
insurance. The price does not include the return air ticket and
their pocket money in England.
Summer courses for young students: Young students can come to
England to study English during the summer holiday and travel
at the same time. The minimum stay is two weeks. The minimum numbers
for one group are 15 and one free group leader is provided. The
price is from £900 to £1,200 per student for two weeks
depending on the location and the summer programmes. The price
does not include the return air ticket and their pocket money
in England.
The fee includes:
20 lessons (of 45 minutes each) of English study per week
Full board accommodation in single study bedrooms in residential
halls or home stay
1 half-day excursion per week
1 full-day excursion per week
Activities and sports every afternoon and evening
All learning materials on loan
Certificate of Studies
Return airport transfer
Travel Insurance
(The return air ticket and students’ pocket money in England
are not included)
The agent in China can charge an appropriate fee as they see
fit on the quoted fee herewith as their own service fee.
